This Mango Kiwi Smoothie would be the perfect drink for sitting poolside, and maybe even add a little rum to make it extra special.
Feel free to swap out the ice cream with low-fat yogurt (dairy free) or almond milk for less calories and fat. Because of the coconut milk ice cream, this is more of a special treat or dessert.
To make this smoothie, it’s very simple. Just add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend it up! Serve immediately. This recipe makes 1 smoothie.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup vanilla coconut milk ice cream
- 1 kiwi - peeled
- 1 cup fresh chopped mango - about 1 medium mango
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1/2 cup almond or coconut milk
- 7-8 ice cubes
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and process until combined. Serves 1.
