I never thought I could love a blender as much as I love my Vitamix. It's a serious powerhouse and can handle anything you throw at it, literally. This is a staple in my kitchen.
My Kitchenaid mixer is the statement piece of my kitchen. It’s essential not just for the awesome job it does with pizza dough, mashed potatoes, bread, cookies, cakes and more- but it also looks cool.

This is the perfect solution to chopping onions or vegetables and I use it constantly. I LOVE how easy it is to use, and to clean.

You gotta have a set (or 3) of measuring spoons! They are an essential part of cooking and baking.
It’s crucial that you prep and prepare food with a good sharp knife set. Just be careful!
I make a lot of Asian meals, and a wok is so great for stir fries because the heat is distributed evenly. It also holds a lot of food and perfect when I’m making food for a crowd.
Apple Corer Peeler Slicer
My mom had this when I was a kid and I thought it was the coolest thing. I remember her making apple pies and this little contraption made it so much easier to core, peel and slice the apples. And if you have a Kitchenaid mixer, you can also get one that attaches right to the mixer. Cool!
This piece of equipment is key for peeling potatoes or zucchini and that’s primarily what I use it for.
I use this peeler to peel ginger, potatoes, mangoes, you name it.
I couldn’t live without my slow cooker. If you are lazy with dinner like I sometimes am, this is a winner.
If you can add rice, add water, and press a button you can use a rice cooker.
Not only do I use this to zest a lemon or lime. I also use it to mince garlic; works like a charm! It’s one of my most used tools.
