Chocolate Almond Date Bites- these heavenly snack-size, sweet, cinnamon-chocolatey bites are not only healthy but completely addicting.

Ingredients

oats

gluten free if desired

cocoa
▢

packed

pitted dates (about 13-15 dates) *if not soft, soak in water for 15 minutes, then drain
▢

tablespoons
almond butter
▢
1/4
cup
unsweetened coconut
▢

tablespoon
chia seeds
▢
1/2
teaspoon
cinnamon
Instructions
Add oats and cocoa to food processor. Blend until broken into smaller pieces.
Add all remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
Form into balls and refrigerate. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
