Cook potatoes as desired (microwaving, oven, boiling, Instant Pot, etc.)
Steam the broccoli until just starting to get soft.
Prepare the Vegan Queso cheese.
To prepare, cut a slit down the potato lengthwise and break away the potato skin to expose the flesh. Press with a fork. Add the broccoli and drizzle the vegan queso on top. Lastly top with desired amount of jalapeÃ±o hot sauce (and Spanish paprika as seen in photo).
