Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup vanilla coconut milk ice cream
  • 1 kiwi - peeled
  • 1 cup fresh chopped mango - about 1 medium mango
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1/2 cup almond or coconut milk
  • 7-8 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and process until combined. Serves 1.

Notes

Add a shot of your favorite run to make this smoothie "adult friendly". =)
